Marketing Roadmap

Week one starts with a discovery session meeting where we talk about:

  • Who is your target audience, and how do they discover your offerings?

  • What challenges are you encountering in your current marketing efforts?

  • Who are your competitors, and what vulnerabilities can you exploit?

  • What current industry trends are impacting your business?

  • What strategic partnerships are in place to support your operations?

  • What marketing strategies are currently deployed?

We’ll also conduct research into the following:

  • Competitor overview

  • Website audit

  • Social media audit

  • Technology Analysis

  • SEO, for you and your competitors


Week 2 includes a goal-setting meeting where we talk about:

  • The metrics currently being tracked

  • Business and marketing goals, along with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

We’ll also complete the competitor analysis, including:

  • Competitor overview

  • Website audit

  • Social media audit

  • Technology Analysis

  • SEO, for you and your competitors


Week 3 starts with keyword research that includes:

  • Identifying primary and secondary keywords tailored to your business.

  • Leveraging these keywords to boost SEO and elevate your content marketing strategies.

We’ll also sit down with you to review, in detail, the findings from the keyword research and the competitor analysis


Week 4 includes the development of an SEO recommendation report including, but not limited to:

  • On-page content

  • Meta data

  • Linking/layout

Development of your first 90-Day Plan document will also happen and include:

  • A week-by-week outline of what you need to do to execute the materials provided over the last 4 weeks and other elements to ensure marketing success

The 4-week marketing roadmap process finishes with a final meeting to review the SEO Recommendation report and 90-Day Plan to ensure you have a clear and actionable way forward with your marketing.
