With increasing competition in their area Huff Estates needed to find a way to stand out. When they first came to us in 2018 the idea was to create a new brand personality with an online presence and digital assets to support the direction. The goal was to increase awareness and sales in their off-season among young professionals in Ontario’s biggest cities.
To garner more online attention and sales we first had to thoroughly understand their target audience and how they behave online. Armed with that knowledge we created campaigns that aligned perfectly with users who spend a lot of time and money online. Off-season sales is a major focus point for Huff, they need to keep revenue up during the quieter winter months and we knew activating their large email list was the key to this. This is where our Holiday email campaign came in.
