Some of the requests from the SACK team concerning the redesign of their site were: creating a gender non-specific, welcoming environment which focused on the solutions as opposed to the problems their clients were facing.
We avoided limiting the visual representation of potential clients on the website by replacing photography with original illustrations in their already recognizable brand colours. We also improved access to specific information by implementing accordion menus and a useful chat feature.
